PlayerDuo does NOT collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data, location data, usage statistics, or device identifiers.

• No User Account Requirement: You do not need to register, log in, or create an account to use the App.
• No Analytics or Telemetry: We do not use third-party analytics tools, telemetry, or tracking SDKs.
• Offline Operations: All features of the App function entirely offline on your mobile device.

2. Device Permissions

To function correctly, the App requires certain permissions on your Android device. We use these permissions solely to provide core features, and no data accessed is ever transmitted off your device.

• Storage / Media Files (READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE / READ_MEDIA_AUDIO): Used exclusively to read, list, and play the local audio files you choose to import into the App. We do not modify or delete your files, nor do we upload them.
• Foreground Service & Media Playback (FOREGROUND_SERVICE / FOREGROUND_SERVICE_MEDIA_PLAYBACK): Used to keep the audio playing smoothly in the background when the screen is turned off or when you switch to other apps.
• Wake Lock (WAKE_LOCK): Prevents the device's processor from sleeping during active audio playback.

3. Third-Party Services and Advertisements

• No Advertisements: PlayerDuo is a premium paid app. It is entirely ad-free.
• No Third-Party SDKs: We do not integrate any third-party advertising or marketing SDKs that track user behavior across apps or websites.

4. Children’s Privacy

Because the App does not collect any personal information, it is safe for users of all ages, including children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy.
